OVS’s simplicity allows it to be administered quickly and frequently. It is versatile and flexible in that it can be used to sample an entire organization, specific units or departments or a cross section of staff. It identifies both strengths and trouble spots allowing leaders and managers to take action where it is needed and not spend time where it is not.
